Hi everyone! I hope all continues to be well. It’s been an exciting few months with lots to share. Our first pop-up shop alongside our first tournament sponsorship out at Swope Memorial, partnering with our friends at the GrippingGolf podcast, and some fun new product editions. Let’s get to it!

Swope Club Championship, Day 1. First tee gifts and a peek at the winners’ special prizes!

This past weekend was an exciting one for the Nelson Hill record books. While we’ve partnered with clubs before, we had yet to sponsor a tournament and set up an on-site pop-up shop. But that’s exactly what we were able to do this past weekend at Swope Memorial’s Club Championship! If you follow us on social media, you’ll know how much I love this course. It’s a casual yet challenging old school golf course. Not long by any stretch, but punishing if you miss it. Chances are if you’re from Kansas City, you share the sentiment.

For the event, we put together a batch of super cool Ed.002 Scorecard Wallets with the Swope logo debossed. They turned out fantastic with great reception from the players. To put icing on the sponsorship cake, we were also able to make a handful of Ed.001 Leather Headcovers with a logoed leather patch for the event winners (pictured on the table above). On the day of the event, getting to speak with the players as they prepped for their rounds was a ton of fun, explaining what we do and how we do it here locally. To add to the fun, we had a couple new second editions of our Golf Journals and Leather Headcovers to launch and show off. I think you’ll like them as well!

All the while we were building up for Swope, we also partnered up with our friends at the GrippingGolf Podcast.
